How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance, especially for custom designs. For popular dates, it’s best to secure your slot around 8 months ahead. If your timeline is tight, just let us know — we’ll do our best to work something out.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We’ll arrive 30-40 minutes before your rental starts to set up the machine. This setup time is not counted as part of your rental duration.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes, we provide full setup and teardown so you don’t have to worry about the logistics on event day. Our team will handle the machine installation and packing up after the event.
How much space do you need for setup, and do you need a power point?
We’ll need about 1.3m of space for a comfortable setup, and no power point is required.
Do you offer add-ons and custom decor?
Yes, we offer add-ons such as Ready-to-Vend stickers, custom-designed stickers, capsule treats, customised machine covers, and extra decor. These help make the setup feel more tailored to your event.
Do you serve events across Singapore?
Yes, we serve events across Singapore. An additional location fee may apply for certain venues such as Sentosa.
Sticker Vending Machine
What sticker sizes do you offer?
Our Ready-to-Vend stickers are typically between 3cm x 3cm to 5cm x 5cm.
For custom-designed stickers, the size is usually 4cm x 4cm to 5cm x 5cm, but you can choose the size that works best for your design. Smaller sizes are often a cuter fit for event keepsakes.
Can we use our own artwork?
Yes! For our Custom-Designed packages, you can send us your designs and we’ll handle the rest for you.
Can our guests keep the card folders?
Yes, guests can choose to keep them or place them in our recycle box if they don’t need it.
For sticker dispenses, we also provide transparent sticker sleeves that guests can use instead.
If I have fewer guests, can I pack more than one sticker in one card folder?
Yes, we can pack up to 2 stickers per card folder.
Capsule Vending Machine
Can our guests keep the capsule balls?
Yes, guests can choose to keep them or place them in our recycle box if they don’t need it or find the capsule balls too bulky to keep.
Can I dispense my own gifts?
Yes, you may dispense your own gifts. Just send them to us, and a small packing fee applies for external items of up to 200 pieces. DM us to find out more.
What is the size of your capsule balls?
Our capsule balls are 5.5cm x 5.5cm and can fit most candies and keychains.
